Tell us the most pleasant sensations you discovered in your body?

For three month, during the summer of 2012, the residents of Moses Rosen Home have attended workshops about the history of dance, choreography and perso-
nal stories around the body. A trip to the ages, feelings, dangers, and memories of bodies that years have turned into living histories. A recall of social and political contexts that turn bodies into testimonies of the past and anticipations of the future. The body moves history.

The 4th Age Project is a community art program developed together with residents of the “Amalia and Dr. Moses Rosen” Home since 2009. Its objectives are to create a framework for community expression in the Rosen Home, developing a model of artistic intervention in homes for the elderly and changing perception of old age in Romanian society.

The 4th Age program is being carried out in partnership with the „Amalia and Dr. Moses Rosen“ Retirement Home and FCER-DASM – The Social and Medical
Assistance Department of the Federa-
tion of Jewish Communities in Romania.
