" started as an experiment, or an intuitive reaction to tendencies I was experiencing in society. The theme for the work is gender and sexuality. Before making the actual piece, I was spending time reflecting upon, and writing text, discussing the expectations I meet, as a woman in Scandinavia today." (Hilde Ingeborg Sandvold)
