CNDB is making a performative three-year review (2014-2017)
CNDB is inviting everyone in the contemporary dance community, as well as all the institution’s friends to a mandate review (2014-2017) replete with anecdotes and immortal stories, with pie charts and actual pies, with a summer spritzer at the end of spring, but also with a karaoke super-session – our team and our extended family’s friend in need. At the same time, we’re restarting the series of summer events inaugurated last year with Andreea David and her CNDB Domol.
“At the end of this mandate, we have few questions: How was it? Was it or wasn’t it? And what was the use?”, says Vava Ştefănescu, CNDB manager in the aforementioned interval.
We hope to develop these ideas together with you, along with everyone’s questions. The most powerful, at the end of this stage, is: What’s the road to Omnia hall, in the current social and political context? It’s a question we aim at everyone in the dance community, regardless of how close or how far from CNDB they feel.
Speaking about Omnia hall and its development, we also propose a new series of guided tours in the future home of Romanian dance, also on May 31, before the review/party/karaoke hybrid at the Stere Popescu Hall.
►12.00, 14.00, 16.00, 18.00: Guided tours in the Omnia hall (Strada Cristian Popișteanu 1)
Book your place at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the phone number +4 0721 151 338
►19.30 – 20.30: Review, Q&A, selections from the activity report
►20.30 – until the last man standing: Wine and beer, cookies, karaoke; in one word, leisure!
